Hello! Thank you for considering our notary services for your document needs. We want to make sure that you are aware of our traveling fee policy for your convenience. Our base fee when we travel for notary services is $25. For every 5 miles beyond the base fee, there will be an additional charge of $25 plus a fee for the notary act that you require.

If our travel exceeds 2 hours, we charge a flat rate of $250 plus the notary service needed. We do require a deposit of $100 for the 2-hour traveling fee. Please note that our traveling fees must be paid in full through Zelle or Cash App.

To help streamline the process and ensure success, please have a valid photo ID or driver’s license on hand for each signer, which should not be expired. Additionally, please have all required documents ready.
